Family Camp Success!

On the weekend of July 21st to 23rd we held our first (hopefully annual:) Family Camp at Sunset Point Christian Camp!

There were a few families that camped all weekend, and a few that just came by for daytime activites, and the fireside service that was held on Saturday evening.  There was a scavenger hunt for the kids, relay games and lots of activites.  And a church gathering would not be the same with out the Church Family Potluck, that was held on Saturday evening. 

Everyone had a wonderful time, and we would like to thank Amanda for planning and organizing such a great family event!

Also, since there was no Sunday service that weekend, if camping wasn't your thing we had a family graciously offer to host a brunch for anyone who wanted to join them on Sunday morning.  Special thanks to the Flynn's for thinking of this alternative, and for hosting everyone!
